For detailed instructions for Windows, Mac and Linux users, please consult the university-wide <a href=\"https:\/\/ircc.fiu.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/eLabsGettingStartedGuide.pdf\">Getting Started with eLabs Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Make sure that you are a current FIU student, faculty or staff with a GIS User Account, and that you have administrative privileges on your computer (to install software).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Enroll in 2-factor authentication (2FA), if you have not already done so.\n<ul>\n<li>Link to Instructions: <a href=\"https:\/\/go.fiu.edu\/2FA\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/go.fiu.edu\/2FA<\/a><\/li>\n<li>As part of the enrollment, you will see an option to download the DUO app to your phone. It is highly recommended that you do so, as it is the easiest method to use 2FA.<\/li>\n<li>Additional DUO information can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/fiu.service-now.com\/sp?id=kb_article&amp;sys_id=dd81ca14db54fa4019f173921f961945\" rel=\"nofollow\">https:\/\/fiu.service-now.com\/sp?id=kb_article&amp;sys_id=dd81ca14db54fa4019f173921f961945<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Download and Install Citrix Workspace for your operating system from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citrix.com\/downloads\/workspace-app\">https:\/\/www.citrix.com\/downloads\/workspace-app<\/a>\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Configure the Citrix Workspace app for FIU Cloud eLabs access.\n<ul>\n<li>Launch the Citrix Workspace app.<\/li>\n<li>Enter <strong>https:\/\/FIUeLabs.cloud.com<\/strong> as the Store URL or server address when prompted.<\/li>\n<li>The actual message asking for this URL will look differently in Windows, Mac or Linux.
